Ma’s Diner – by David Wilson

Posted on April 3, 2023 by Mark Lieberman

Just like his 1st book in this series, Two Seasons, which I enjoyed, I also really enjoyed this one. It’s the same fun cast of characters, and most of the action takes place in or near Ma’s Diner. On a side note, I want to eat at Ma’s Diner, as the food she serves sounds yummy, and I am sure the smells are just as good. But Ma, doesn’t like foreigners, so I would definitely be told by Ma to leave!

Ma and her family go on a cruise, and a lot of silly things happen on the ship and on their excursions. There is also the 2nd annual farting contest, in which something unbelievable happens. Somebody even gets married – I won’t spoil it!

I hope he continues this series, as I can easily see spinoff books for each of the characters.
